At CAMMEO, every piece is handled with care from our hands to yours. This page explains our shipping timelines, and how our exchange policy works.

Shipping

  • We currently ship to Arab countries only
  • Delivery within Egypt takes 7 to 10 business days
  • Shipping cost varies by governorate and is calculated at checkout
  • Tracking numbers are not currently available for shipments

Warranty Card

Every CAMMEO order arrives with a warranty card inside the package. This card is your proof of authenticity and is required to process any exchange request under this policy.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you receive. Exchanges apply to all products, but only under the following conditions:

  • A proven manufacturing defect, or
  • A shipping error (wrong item received)

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. If approved, the exchange is processed with no additional cost to you.

Returns

CAMMEO does not offer monetary refunds. All approved claims are resolved through product exchange only.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo showing the defect or error
  2. Our team reviews your request and warranty card
  3. Once approved, we ship your replacement piece at no extra cost

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Misuse or damage caused by the customer
  • Requests made after the 3-day window
  • Missing warranty card
